1. The payment system as well as the currency of depositing and withdrawal must be the same.
2. If the account was uploaded from different payment systems, the maximum amount for withdrawal is proportional to the amount of deposited funds via every single system.
3. All withdrawals and deposits are processed during work time of the Finance Department from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. — 7 p.m. (UTC+3)

Go to the vertical menu on the right.
Step 1 of 3: Verify if there is amount available for withdrawal by going to Trading Account > Amount Available for Withdrawal
Step 2 of 3: Select Financial Operations > Money withdrawal.
Step 3 of 3: Scroll to the the respective system you used to deposit initially:

1. Minimum withdrawal amount is 1$. Error is displayed in case you do not have enough money.
2. For AstroPay when requested for mobile number use the international format: e.g. for Kenya is 2547…… or 2541……
