Coaching Introduction

The core pillar for any product is ABC - Awareness + Believability + Capability.

I have grown professionally within the payments industry and what I realised is that the popular payment services have some things in common:

  1. Awareness (know: top of mind) - Their brand name is well known e.g. VISA, MasterCard, Paypal etc
  2. Believability (belief: confidence in the heart) - Client knows if they send money the beneficiary will receive
  3. Capability (actions: habit/conscious competence hands) - Consumers are used to using the service and don’t need to think a lot.
