Products

  1. Download the I&M OTG app in Google play store
  2. Select Open an account and select Individual Account
  3. Select the following products:
    1. PayGo Account (i.e. KES A/c)
    2. USD Sapphire Foreign Currency Account (i.e. USD A/c)

Register

  1. Please register your details as they appear in your National ID.
  2. Provide valid contacts i.e. mobile number & email which will be verified via OTP

<aside> 💡

  1. Account activation: It takes 48 hours to verify your documents and activate your account to enable you to withdraw money. During this time the account can only receive money.
  2. Physical card delivery: It takes approximately 2 weeks to have the ATM card delivered at the residence you availed. </aside>
