- The lower the price per share the higher the dividend yield because it's constant e.g. $0.2/$2 = 10% , $0.2/$20 = 1%. Dividend is paid per share so the lower the share price the more shares one gets hence higher revenue e.g. the Dividend paid is $0.02

- Definition of Declaration Date, Ex-dividend Date, Ex-Dividend Date, Payment date
Formula: Principal (P) * Rate (R) * Time
- Principal (P) * Rate (R) * Time = Return
Priority (Dividend Growth or Dividend Yield):
- Dividend Growth > Dividend Yield
